You look at me and you think strong.
I want to take that apart before you go any further, because it is the title of this book and it is the reason there is a book at all. I have had panic attacks in my own kitchen. I have had seizures three weeks out from the biggest stage in my sport. I have gone in and out of consciousness on a pavement at one in the morning while two of my own clients sat on the concrete and kept me there.
That is the woman with the legs. All of it is in here and none of it has been softened.
So that is the arrangement between us. I am going to turn out smaller than you expected. You are going to turn out bigger.
