Returns and terms

You may reverse a purchase within thirty (30) days of the order date.

Digital editions (EPUB, PDF, audiobook) are refunded in full. By requesting the refund you confirm the files have been deleted from every device and cloud copy in your control, and will not be redistributed. Access may be revoked.

The signed hardcover may be returned if unread and undamaged, in its original packing. Original outbound shipping is not recharged; return postage is yours, unless the copy arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we arrange the return. Once a signed copy has been read, it is yours. We do not take back a name written in a book.

Write to the publisher with your order number. Refunds follow the original tender, typically within ten business days of approval.

Digital files are emailed to the address given at checkout, usually within minutes of confirmation. The ebook and audiobook that come with the signed hardcover arrive the same way, as soon as you pay.

Orders outside the United States: your country may still charge import tax or VAT after the parcel arrives. Those fees are set by that government. They are yours to pay if they arise. We do not collect them. We cannot quote them in advance. If the carrier asks you to settle a charge before release, that request is from customs, not from us.

We do not ship to destinations prohibited by carrier or law.

Not As Strong As You Think is a work of memoir by Tiffany Sam, published by Sathvora Publications. It reflects the author’s present recollection of experiences over time. Some names and identifying details have been changed. Dialogue has been recreated from memory. It is not medical, legal, or training advice. Nothing in it is a program.

Title to physical goods passes on delivery to the carrier. Risk in digital files passes on download. You are licensed to use the digital edition for personal reading and listening. You may not copy, share, upload, or resell it. The author and publisher retain all copyright.

The signed dedication is made to the name you supply. Check it. A mis-spelling given at checkout is not a defect in the goods.

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher’s liability is limited to the price paid. Statutory rights in your country of residence are not affected.

We take your name, email, and — where you have chosen the hardcover — a postal address and a dedication. These exist to fulfil the order, send the files, and, if you ask, process a return. We do not sell lists. We do not share an address except with the printer, the signatory, and the carrier. Payment details, when taken by a processor, are not stored by us.

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the account of you that we hold, except where we must keep an invoice. Write to the publisher.
